I am a nutrition and hygiene teacher at an international school of management in the hotel and catering industry. I explain to my students (post-baccalaureate) the new regulations concerning allergens. I am therefore interested in the tools that facilitate the respect of this regulation (relatively complex for restaurant owners). I find this tool very interesting because it is very complete and easy to use. Jean-Luc has the advantage of having the double hat of software creator and restorer, which allows him to be in tune with the problems of restorers. Moreover, I appreciate his desire to progress and to stick as closely as possible to the needs of professionals in the sector.
