The Breizh expo trade show, at the Brest Exhibition Centre (29) is reserved for Café Hotels and Restaurants, catering trades, Tourism and Collectivities.

Breizh Pro Expo will meet the professional from Brittany in September.

Indeed, this exhibition brought together manufacturers and distributors of :

During 3 days, live demonstrations to help restaurateurs improve their results by controlling costs and optimizing recipes. Indeed, to be profitable, restaurants require good management on a daily basis.
Increasingly complicated regulations
As of July 1st 2015, restaurant owners will have to issue a list of their dishes containing one of the 14 allergens! This document will above all enable customers who are allergic to one of these allergenic substances to be able to choose a dish with complete peace of mind.
Decree n°2015-447 of 17 April 2015 "relating to consumer information on allergens and non-prepackaged foodstuffs" was published in the official journal on 19 April 2015.
The Koust application proposes to capture allergens at the level of ingredients. Thus, the allergen table is constituted by the application from the recipes entered by the user.
This exhibition was also an opportunity to discover the latest developments in the catering and hotel and catering and local authority sectors.
